Chuck

I went to one of my Kindergarteners birthday parties this evening. It was at Chuck E. Cheese. The kids were so fun and so shell-shocked to see their teacher outside of the school confines. I also enjoyed talking to the parents. I love this aspect of my job.

But, I must say the happy birthday party experience was injured by Chuck E. Cheese himself. Really, I've had it out for Chuck ever since he took over the Showbiz Pizza title. Now, I come to find out tonight that Chuck is the only singing robot on the stage! Can you believe it? What a glory-hog! No Mitzy (the singing mouse and also my favorite)...no drummers, guitar players, no other robots. Just stupid Chuck E.
