Today in Mid Missouri...it is freezing! As I look outside, the birds are all hunched on the roofs and trees with their feathers poking out. You can literally see them shivering...they look too cold to eat from our feeders, even! But, T.J. and I are just going to nestle inside by the fire for most of the day. It's his birthday, you know.
We will eventually have to go outside and brave the weather because we're going to dinner at Sycamore (thank you, Jenny and Eric) and then going to the KU vs. MU basketball game...where we will inconspicuously cheer for the Jayhawks in the Mizzou arena.
I hope it's not nearly as cold wherever you are currently residing.
