wedding-o-fun!

sarah got married!  isn't she just a lovely bride?   this past weekend was a favorite for sure.  so many good moments.  here are a few:

*meeting abbie's little one (we're talking two weeks old), henry.  it worked out that sarah and i got to meet him late thursday night up in abbie's old room.  it gave me chills to think of all the nights we'd spent up in that room for sleepovers, talking about our lives and what was to come...

*stopping by rainbow school and seeing my old bosses, deena and becky.  they got to meet luella too!  oh, how it made me want to send my kiddos to preschool there...

*taking photos with gloria...she posted a couple on her blog.  check it!  she is so talented.

*witnessing carlyle and luella interact with mimi and papa.  a huge thank you goes out to mike and jayme for watching the kids so often.  you two are the best!

*playing music with sam and abbie.  unknowingly, we stayed out way way too late simply because we got carried away playing songs together (again, thank you mike and jayme!).   i really wish the four of us could start a band.  maybe they could at least be guest musicians for the evening project?

*meeting all of sarah's fabulous friends from all over.  she is such a well-loved person and i obviously know why--she is the coolest, super loyal...and, she just has one of those magnetic personalities.

*seeing my dad and my sis, jenny at all the wedding related events.  you guys rule...

*being a bridesmaid for a very fun and special wedding.  such an honor...did you see how beautiful the dresses were?

little henry.

i love this photo...the band sans moi.
